Snowed In!

UPDATE: DIA (Denver Int. Airport) is closed for Wednesday and Thursday so mom isn't coming in until who knows when :(

Also, my work has already sent out a message not to come in Thursday, so I actually do get a snow day! The snow is still falling and I just measured (now that we found a tape measure) and it's 2 feet deep right outside our apartment door...I think there is a slight drift there so it's most likely a little less in other places and more in still other ones.

The plan for tomorrow is to stay in :) If we can even walk outside we may go out and play a little but I doubt we will be able to move our van... Needless to say WE ARE LOVING IT! We have wanted snow so long and boy is it here! I've NEVER had this much snow out of my front door! WOW!

--> By the way, the picture above is when there was just about 1 foot of snow...you can't even see where Amber was playing in the snow now :)

YEAH!!! I don't think I have ever had a White Christmas so I'm SO EXCITED BUT Mom is supposed to fly in today so I am praying that she will make it safely! And that we'll be able to drive down and pick her up!

Here is a picture of Amber having fun in the snow! :) We are scheduled to get 10-20 inches of it and it isn't supposed to stop until sometime tomorrow! So far we have ~12 inches and in drifts up to ~36 inches.
