We are almost ready to move in. Above is the house we are scheduled to close on February 9th. We looked at a LOT of homes out here and feel that this is the one for us. It is a bit of a stretch for our finances but we have plans to mitigate that and feel that it's worth the belt sinching for a year or two in order not to have to move for a VERY long time (that is my plan anyway)!

Praise God for directing us and we thank Him for selling our home in Lacey! We plan to move on the 10th of February assuming there isn't too much snow and we are SOOOOOO excited to move out of apartments, I really dislike apartment living and also being on a busy corner street location (last night they were scraping off the parking lot 100 feet away starting at 11PM...right when I was trying to sleep)...

The house is located right between Fort Collins and Loveland so we can be in either city in about 5-10 minutes and there are 3 parks in the neighborhood for my beautiful wife and Seth to play at. God has really looked out for us in a few homes we either put offers down on or nearly did. Praise God for providing direction! Be praying for Amber, she will either need to pick up a part time evening job or start a home daycare (those are the two options we are exploring) to pick up the extra financial hit this home will bring (at least until I get more hours at work, normally I can put in some OT but not currently). 

Anyway, I thought I would post a pic and just give praise to God for providing a home for us! We are SOOO excited!! Although it looks like I'll be shoveling snow the rest of the winter...
