"My Precious" 

Ok, so before you start lecturing me on how much the iPhone costs...know that I took good care of my Blackberry (free) and am going to sell it on eBay to cover 2/3rds of the iPhone cost...then it's just $100 out of my allowance and I own the coolest gadget ever!!! (Well...so far).

So my reasons are:

1. iPhone 4GB (limited number left) is only $300.00
2. iPhone is officially hacked and can work on non-AT&T networks (not that I did that *wink*)
3. My Blackberry Pearl is worth nearly $200 on eBay 

If you haven't used the iPhone you should check it out. It is actually a pretty cool phone and more! My absolute favorite feature is WiFi. Amber and I both got one of the 4GB models before they sell out and she has discovered YouTube on the iPhone and I haven't seen her for 2 days... :)

Other than the iPhone I actually have more important news...I will be starting as an Engineer at Intel next week. One of our software engineers is taking off to be an FBI field agent and they are having me pick up all of her work going forward. So PRAISE GOD that he does provide in times of our need. I think I only get the title and the larger cube right now...have to wait until either "focal" or when I finish my degree to get the pay differential.

Although I'm told that sometimes this is actually a pay cut for my level of Technician...and I don't mind being hourly for the next couple months as things get crazy at work.

Hope everything is going good with the rest of the family, Amber and I can't wait for the cold...it's coming, it keeps dipping into the low 40's at night here...CAN NOT WAIT!!!! BRING ON THE SNOW!

I should be out in CA mid-November but mostly doing work 10 hours a day (that is my fear anyway) so I doubt I'll have much free time.

I'm going to go work and play with my iPhone now... "My Precious"
